Maintain and repair our client's Ground Support Equipment to keep running safely and efficiently.
PACKAGE CAR MECHANIC
Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on package delivery vehicles to keep essential fleets moving on time and in top condition.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administration Support team member to join our admin team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in regulatory compliance, values accuracy and organization, and enjoys supporting
a team dedicated to keeping essential fleets moving across the Northwest.
In this role, you’ll provide administrative support for mechanics, supervisors,
and leadership to ensure smooth operations across multiple shops and states.
WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
You’ll be part of North Fleet Services’ administrative team and will work closely with shop managers, regional supervisors, and company leadership. Your work will help mechanics focus on what they do best—keeping Ground Support Equipment safe and reliable.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

​Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and compliance documentation

Maintain accurate files, reports, and spreadsheets

Support payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking

Communicate with vendors, partners, and clients in a professional manner

Help with onboarding paperwork and employee records

Provide day-to-day support for mechanics and shop leads as needed
YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF YOU...

Have strong organizational and communication skills

Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, Sheets, or similar programs

Have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of creating Excel spreadsheets and applying values

Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy

Are dependable, honest, and maintain confidentiality

Value teamwork and are willing to support a variety of business functions

Previous administrative or office management experience
